Piano Recital with music from the 18th and 19th Century

Siwat Chuencharoen, born 1986 in Bangkok, Thailand. After studying economics in his home country, he devoted himself to his passion, classical music, and began to study piano at the Bern University of Music, where he finished his master's degree in music pedagogy and is now working on his PhD thesis. Since 2015 he teaches piano at the Musikschule Seeland in Ins.
He took part in various music events and concerts in Thailand (among other things, Sommerlager für Kammermusik) and won a special prize at the Bangkok Chopin piano competition. For several years, he has presented a series of concerts in Bangkok every summer with interdisciplinary concepts, in which classical music, literature and theater meet on stage. As a solo player and accompanist for vocal recitals Siwat Chuencharoen has performed regularly in Switzerland and Germany.
